Some due respect

Right, not some, but a whole load of it.

The Girlfriend is editing for the news production. This is the second time she had her hands at serious editing. Most importantly (and where my credits go) is that she's doing all this mambo jumbo stuff complete with simple After Effects on a severely underpowered computer and she has enough hairs to spare during the times the PC lagged and hanged on her. Now that's sheer commitment! I salute!

Albeit her insecurities on things like software techniques, English, music, sequencing, sound, color correcting, design, layout, colors, balance....you name it, I actually think The Girlfriend is a perfectionist! She'd nag you until you'd given your advice, and she'll nag you again so that you'd revise it, and nag you again. The sure sign of a perfectionist.
