Big Mac, Glorified

It's called MegaMac. 4 beefy patties, and the same great Big Mac taste. All for a whooping RM14.60 (large set),  the most expensive Macdonalds meal I'd ever bought (in Malaysia anyway). But I couldn't resist anyway.

It doesn't look that good, blame it on the phone please.

How did it taste? Like how Big Mac tastes lah.

Who said donuts are just donuts?

Last evening The Girlfriend returned home with half a dozen worth of Big Apple Donuts. Before this I've heard some rave reviews about this shop, so I was eager to try it although The Girlfriend made it pre-requisite that I bathe first. Now, throughout my eating life I came across some food that just by the first bite would turn your whole mouth into heaven. These donuts? Let me tell you that they are:

O-M-F-GOODNESS-DELICIOUSLY-SUPERB

And that is like ten levels above heaven! Its kind of hard to describe exactly where went right. I think the toppings were fantastic, but the best part is the dough. Moderately soft, they felt just right. I was also surprised that everything tasted almost perfect even though it was bought some one hour before we had the first bite. Its stuff like this that made me feel glad there's still some heaven on earth, at least where the mouth is.

Anyways, seven weeks of school has come to its end as fast as it has started. After a week, I'm officially beginning my industrial attachment. That's going to be 5 4 months worth of I-don't-know-what-to-expect. Whatever comes, I'm sure I could get a bit of solace from a dozen of little heavens.

no-fark!

Fish,now folded

Check out the new McD Fish Foldover. Yeah, now they folded the fish too. Well, to summarize, it tasted like, Filet-o-Fish plus some extra toppings. In fact, its filet-o-Fish minus the bread, plus the foldover. The taste is exactly "fish". Not as great as the blocky CNY Beef foldover or the shredded beef variant, but still is one of the freshiest menu i seen at Mcd's for some time.

A very neat box.

See, exactly a filet.

Bites like one too.

So, yeah, i'll be getting this again on my future visits. Recommended for those who wants a break from the old filets.

No-fark!
